These terms apply when you use the website vanyaaisolutions.in or buy any service from Vanya AI Solutions ("we", "us"), run by Jay Gupta, Silvassa. By using our website or confirming a project with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide AI business websites, WhatsApp automation, AI chatbots, CRM and operations setup, AI-powered marketing, and branding & creative design. The exact scope, deliverables, price and timeline for each project are written in the quotation or proposal we share with you.

2. Prices and quotations

Prices shown on the website are starting prices. Your final price is the fixed price in your quotation.
Taxes, if applicable, will be shown on the quotation or invoice.
Third-party costs are extra unless the quotation says otherwise — for example domain, hosting, WhatsApp Business API / Meta conversation charges, ad budget, paid plugins or SMS charges.

3. Payment

Payment terms (advance and balance) are as written in your quotation. Work starts after the advance is received.
Monthly services (such as marketing) are billed in advance each month.
We may pause work or support if payments are overdue.

4. Your responsibilities

Share the content we need (logo, photos, text, prices, product details) on time. Delays in content can delay delivery.
Make sure you have the right to use any content you give us.
Use WhatsApp, Meta and other platforms according to their rules. Bulk spam or misuse may get your number or account blocked by those platforms, and we are not responsible for such action.

5. Timelines and revisions

Most projects take 2–4 weeks. Each project includes the number of revision rounds mentioned in the quotation. Major changes outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

6. Support

Each project includes 30 days of free support after launch for fixing issues in the work we delivered. Support after this period, new features or changes are available on a paid basis or through a maintenance plan.

7. Ownership

After full payment, you own the final website content, designs and branding created for you. We may keep using our own general code, templates and tools. Third-party software, themes, fonts and platforms remain under their own licences.

8. Portfolio

We may show the work we did for you (name, logo, screenshots or link) in our portfolio and on social media, unless you ask us in writing not to.

9. Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel a project after work has started, the advance covers work already done and is generally not refundable. Any refund, if applicable, will be decided based on the work completed. Monthly services can be stopped with notice before the next billing month.

10. Results and third-party platforms

We work hard to help your business grow, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, sales or rankings, because results also depend on your market, product, pricing and follow-up. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, price changes or account actions by third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Meta, Google or hosting providers.

11. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts at Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
